Fresenius Kidney Care:
Helping People with
CKD and ESRD Thrive
At Fresenius Kidney Care, we’re passionately committed to helping people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end stage renal disease (ESRD) lead fuller, more active and vibrant lives.
A division of Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA), Fresenius Kidney Care is the worldwide leader in the treatment of renal disease and an innovative leader in kidney disease research. Serving over 190,000 patients in over 2,400 facilities nationwide, our care teams are dedicated to helping people thrive on dialysis and live longer, healthier lives.
TOGETHER, WE CAN HELP YOU FEEL YOUR BEST
You’ll have an entire care team working with you to help you stay your healthiest.

Caring for the whole you
We understand that helping you live a fuller, more active and vibrant life goes beyond providing the best dialysis care. It’s also about caring for the whole you.
That’s why we use our vast resources to support your emotional, medical, dietary and financial resource needs.
We also provide educational support for people living with CKD, including our kidney disease education class. This free program helps you learn about kidney health, eating well, thriving with CKD and your treatment choices.
When it’s time to begin dialysis, we’ll help you learn about peritoneal dialysis, at-home hemodialysis and in-center hemodialysis. We can also help you better understand other options such as a kidney transplant and what to expect if you choose not to treat your kidney disease, opting instead for supportive or palliative care. While we believe it is possible to live a full life with kidney disease, we honor and respect every person’s right to choose treatment or nontreatment.
